This week happened many things. We visited the Queens campus at Saint John’s University, a
very nice place. It’s bigger than Manhattan campus. We learned about the rules
and some projects at this institution. On Tuesday, We received the visiting of
Sidney Jones (Betusa), of the Brazilian
Luiz Valcov Loureiro (Fulbright) and Carl DeAngelis ( IIE). This meeting was very nice. We talked about our
experiences in New York and we get more information about this special program,
a great step for development of English teaching in Brazil. We also listening
and dancing Brazilian musics. We had workshops that will help us in our classes
in Brazil. On Friday, we had great experiences at High school International. We
saw how are the classes and talked with some students about their challenges in
living in this school. I love it!
Then, more a week with much knowledge for us.
